		PHC Commemorates 9/11 Anniversary \| Tanner Lovett \| 9/12/08 At 8:46 a.m. on September 11, 2001, American Airlines Flight 11 crashed into the North Tower of the World Trade Center. Seven years later, at 8:46 a.m. PHC security lowered the American Flag to half-staff while standing amidst a field of nearly 3000 American flags--one for each life lost that day.
